Es ist ein schönes, geräumiges und originell eingerichtetes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt von Matera. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Sassi ist das Highlight. Die Besitzerin war freundlich und hat uns wertvolle Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben.

THE VIEW!!!! Alone, it’s worth 10 points. Central position, beautiful view, easy to park a short walk away. Great host, fast and pleasant communication. You can find everything you need in the apartment. Comfortable beds. The host also knows a great guide — definitely book her, as she is an amazing storyteller during the tours. I would definitely return to this place and recommend it to all my friends visiting Matera.

Small shower cabin, but I guess it’s due to the type of house / typical in that central area. No installed air conditioning, again due to the typology of the house, but the host does everything possible with additional appliances. A ramp of steep steps leads into the apartment, which might be a problem for elderly people or for those who can’t carry heavy hand luggage upstairs.

perfect location, the view from the balcony is just super! the apartment is cozy and colorful, clean and the owners left a lot of things: coffee, tea, goodies😉

There are floor air conditioners, but they do not save you from the heat, it was very hot to sleep even at night.

Central location, easy to get to all the points of interest. Great views from windows & balcony.

Difficult to open the windows fully, because of the curtains and blinds.

Well stocked pantry, spacious property, absolutely stunning balcony

Very easy!! Keys were kept in a lockbox and we could access it whenever we needed to check in. Loved the balcony overlooking the sassi and the location to access everything Matera had to offer. I recommend getting some wine and watching the city as the light changes. The hosts directions and parking info were very helpful.

Everything met our expectations so nothing to complain about.

This is a most charming apartment and the location is only a few steps from 2 beautiful piazzas. There are shops and cafes right outside the door. The host provided clear and concise check in details and was only a message away if we had any questions, needed recommendations or assistance. We can highly recommend this beautiful place. It goes without saying, Matera is a magical place to visit and we will definitely return!
