Right at the entrance of the old town, with relatively easy parking very close by and low-cost payment at a machine. The apartment is spacious and modern, spotlessly clean, and decorated with taste and care. The old entrance from the street and the hallway leading to the staircase may look a bit intimidating at first, but the contrast you experience the moment the apartment door opens is truly striking. The host was extremely helpful and always available. Thank you very much!

The stone made it lovely and cool, a perfect escape from the heat outside. The space was beautifully set up with all the needed amenities. Francesco was an excellent and attentive host, and helped us get a taxi at the end of our stay.

Tutto meraviglioso. Alloggio splendido, molto curato, posizione ottima, affacciato al Sasso Barisano. Ogni comfort presente. Per brevi soggiorni è ideale.

The host was very responsive, nice and gave us some really good restaurant recommendations! He responded super quick when we needed to reach him. Very close to the old city of Matera.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy at night but that was probably due to the building walls (which were pretty old and didn't allow for a modern ac to be installed).
