"For people looking for a practical accomodation"

For someone that is looking for an easy in/out of Matera, without having to carry bags around the little streets of Matera, this place is perfect. You park right where you stay and then you walk 2 minutes and you enter the old town (Sassi) streets. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for practical accommodation. It's clean, it's new, it's central.

Excellents échanges avant notre arrivée et jusqu’à notre accueil à l’entrée du parking puis jusqu’au studio ! Situé à 2 pas du centre historique, le logement était impeccable, excellente literie, très bonne insonorisation. L’accès au parking et le tarif (20€) pour un stationnement de 11h30 à 18h le lendemain.

Super Lage, kurzer Weg in das Zentrum! Freundlicher und Hilfsbereit! Waren mit dem Motorrad da, Tiefgaragenplatz alles super bis zur Ausfahrt(Sonntags)! Leider ging der Barcade nicht oder die Schranke erkennt keine Motorräder! Da ein Schild keine Durchfahrt für Motorräder vor der Einfahrt steht. Nach entlichen Versuchen, einfach über den Fußgängerweg Ausgegahren....... Sonst war alles Super schön........

The location was perfect for the activities and tours that we wanted to do. We had a kitchenette which made our meals very convenient. Our hostess was very helpful and friendly. This was one of the most comfortable places at which we stayed on this trip.

"Beste Lage,tolles Apartment, völlig unkompliziert"

Perfekte Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, alles gut organisiert,völlig unkompliziert, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,sehr sauberes modernes Apartment und eine fröhliche, angenehme und kompetente Gastgeberin…wenn nochmal Matera, dann hier!
