Well appointed apartment in a good location. Nearby options for dining or not too far from the centre. Spa pool was nice to use each day. Parking option only 10 min walk

Not easy to reach with luggage on foot I suggest a taxi to deliver you nearby. The room badly needs ceiling fans as when you come back after being out the humidity in the room is bad & the aircon takes quite a while to be effective

Swimming pool was great and relaxing, lights and details in the property were great. Quiet sassi in the heart of old town. Beautifly illuminated bathroom. Great place to have best night with your partner. Good communication with the host. Public free parking about 8 min walk from property. Cleaning service available to attend everyday to change your towels and bed linen.

Extremely high temperature in the property, air con must be working all time on maximum fan and minimum temperature to survive a night unless you switch off the swimming pool heating which is not recommended by host. Dehumidifier if On might cost you sore and dry eyes which I experienced at first night and couldn't understand what's going on. Once switched off, all got back to normal.

Air conditioning wasn't strong enough.

Very beautiful house, and very kind hosts. Very special place and would definitely reccomend I am counting the days to return !

The only concern would be that there is no safety box to lock up your belongings which I would reccomend for the host to add to the house. This will allow for calm of mind to the guests staying in the house.

Cool, super important in Matera’s hot August weather. Comfortable, spacious, and the pool is obviously incredible. (The temperature can’t be changed, it’s like a lightly warm tub. Still refreshing)
