l'accueil en personne de la propriétaire qui nous a remis les clés et présenté l'appartement. L'appartement était très joli , décoré avec gout et très bien équipé. Eau fraiche dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Très bien situé , à 5 mn à pied du centre historique , pas besoin de la voiture et très gentiment la propriétaire nous a laissé sa place de parking dans la rue.

le négatif : échafaudages sur la façade pour travaux de ravalement donc impossible de se servir du balcon , nous y étions pour un weekend donc pas d'ouvriers ...

Clean, newly renovated, and well decorated- everything you need for a few days-

There is construction going on at the entrance and also the exterior walls- workers started making noise at 7 am- luckily we were planing to wake up at 7.30 anyway - but for somebody who will spend few days in Matera it could be a problem.

Close to the historic old town. Clean, comfortable accommodation, very attentive and helpful owner. Parking available nearby. We loved it!

L'emplacement et la propreté du logement

L'accueil, nous ne trouvions pas et impossible à la dame de nous faire comprendre afin de nous aider à trouver son logement. Pas sympathique du tout. En plus travaux de façade qui nous ont réveillé à 7h du matin ! Pour se garer, un peu compliqué !

The host and her son were extremely communicative and helpful with our arrival, check in and information regarding the accomodation and surrounding areas. Rosa kept in contact with us the whole time and helped us with dinner reservations and other tips for the area. She kindly made herself available for our arrival so we could park our car in her car space a big plus in Italy. The location was excellent as we were a few minutes walking distance of everything. We loved Maters and Rosa made our stay even better thanks to her kindness and hospitality. We would stay here again and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

There was nothing to dislike.
