Very clean, modern, spacious appartment close to Matera centre. Free parking was available nearby. Very friendly host, who was there to hand over the keys and showed us arround. Very recommended fo a nice, quiet stay.

Superb location and comfy bed. We had a problem finding the entrance but Michele and his mom were very helpful and showed up at the place.

There could be a sign outside the building or next to the staircase.

The location is perfect. In a quite area, just 4 minutes from the old town. The apartment is modern and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is a coffee mashine and also a big water in the fridge as a complimen.The breakfast is close to the apartment-a coffee and a croasant. If we stay in Matera again we will definitely stay here. The host is very polite and help us to find a place where to park the car.

Hard to find parking, Non english speaking host

Apartment is clean and cosy, good location, just 5 minutes walk from the old town. The owner is very friendly and caring person. I recommend this apartment.

Michele and his mum were super helpful and gave us nice tips to visit Matera. The apartment was very central, extremely clean and had everything you need! (also the bed was very confortable). Thanks!

Everything was perfect’ The studio is near the historical center, is new and very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Also, is very quiet and downstairs you may leave the car in a free public parking.
