When the reservation comes for two guests the owner assumes that only the double bed is prepared. If there is a need to have two separate beds, the sofa bed should also be prepared. Súperbien situada, al lado de la avenida principal todo cerca para ver la maravillosa ciudad de Matera . Volvería sin dudarlo.la casa superbien como experiencia de dormir en una shasi.

La posizione

Si tratta di una grotta umida e maleodorante in cui, contrariamente a quanto pattuito, NON funziona il condizionatore ed anzi emette un rumore fortissimo che ne impedisce l’utilizzo anche solo come ventilatore. Una truffa a tutti gli effetti, anche considerato che il gestore era a conoscenza della assenza/malfunzionamento del condizionatore ben prima del nostro arrivo.

"Magnifique hébergement très typique pour 2 nuits idéalement situé"

Hôte très réactif, envoie instructions et vidéos pour l’arrivée, ainsi qu’une liste de restaurants. Localisation très centrale, idéale pour visiter Matera, au calme, en contrebas de la rue animée en soirée. Nous avons adoré cet hébergement très typique, bien aménagé, et superbe ! Je lis des commentaires sur l’humidité et la chaleur, certains points sont inhérents à la grotte et on peut très facilement aérer le logement et laisser la fenêtre de la sdb ouverte. Nous avons préféré cela et ne pas nous servir du système d’aération. Cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain spacieuse et superbe. La voiture peut être garée à 200m vers le château (gratuit).

La cuisine / plan de travail pourrait être un peu mieux éclairée. Sinon rien ! Nous avons préféré ne pas utiliser le système de ventilation un peu bruyant mais préféré ouvrir en soirée/matinée et laisser la fenêtre de la sdb ouverte la nuit. On peut entendre très ponctuellement passer des personnes bruyantes dans la petite rue.

La grande chambre en grotte avec un coin cuisine est très bien équipée et très bien placée pour visiter la ville de Matera. Nous y avons passé une nuit à 4. beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et l'hôte nous a bien indiqué pour le parking (payant) pour rejoindre l'appartement et pour les conseils pour manger.

Locatie en de grotwoning beleving direct aan een heel leuk stuk Matera.

Warmte. Geen airconditioning. Wel ventilatie, wat helaas niet voldoende bleek.
