Great location and very clean place. Very detail oriented. It has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The host is very attentive and responds very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in an amazing spot, with the windows looking over the Piazza. It was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The hosts were very kind and super helpful. A beautiful surprise was that there was a delicious lemon cake waiting for us when we arrived as well as other things like milk, juice, biscuits, cereal, coffee etc. Alberto and Mary we thank you so much!

WiFi was excellent. My girlfriend works remotely, and it provided for fast and reliable uploads/downloads. She was able to run/participate in meetings and do her work very efficiently. Alberto, the owner, was excellent with communications. He helped us plan for and find reasonably close parking prior to arrival. With a place like Matera, parking can be stressful. I liked the location of the property, it was easy to find and was at the rim of the sassi. All you had to do is leave your room and proceed down one of the many access points. The property is at a somewhat busy location (popular with James Bond enthusiasts) and I found it to be quiet inside the property. Then interior of the property was roomy and had plenty of space for us. The shower was a decent size and the AC worked well. The property was decorated in a French romantic style and was well done. Overall found it to be comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was large and roomy and had a relatively firm mattress.

Matera is beautiful, and what made it even more special was the fact that we had a good stay at this apartment. Alberto is a lovely person, he answered all our difficulties promptly. The apartment is very cute, well-equipped, and spacious. It is well ventilated. We had everything we needed and there was an ample breakfast.  The apartment is placed close to the centre, very close to the Sassi and the charming valley, but also quite close to the new part of Matera, where one can go shopping.
