It was majestic and beautifully furnished cave with everything you need in the cave.. super comfortable bed and the attention to details is incredible! Location is beyond beautiful overlooking the historical beauty of Matera.. and a minute walk to all the restaurants and bars.. and the new city.. The host is very welcoming and informative!

The decor & renovation of the cave is phenomenal. Ivan is very helpful & responsive. The location is great for exploring Matera. A wonderful stay.

The lack of blinds/blackout curtains above the door slightly disturbed my sleep.

Absolutely stunning apartment, located ideally, with the most amazing view. The apartment itself is perfect, beautiful, a " luxury cave", comfortable, with everything you need. Very comfortable big bed. The design is stunning, all the details have been carefully selected, including the lighting in the apartment which highlight the cave-like interior. The host is super, allowed us to check in early, replied immediately. It's an 11/10. Definitely recommended!
