- Good location, close proximity to the city center. - Good view, with a clear view of the city. - Spacious bed, plenty of tabletops to place belongings. - Straightforward parking but requires a RM10 daily fee. - Fast Internet, ideal for streaming movies. - Responsive host, quick replies and provides a complete check-in guide.

- Low water pressure and limited hot water, barely lasts through an entire bath before turning ice cold. - Strong humid smell in the toilet, unpleasant even with windows left open all day. - Leaking sink in the toilet, causing the floor to become sticky and messy. - Hair on the bed and a stained mattress, not cleaned properly. - Poor soundproofing; outside noises like footsteps and door closing are easily heard. - Noticeable dust on the art wall above the bed, showing a lack of thorough cleaning.

Beautiful room with beautiful view, pool design and ambience is great

1. Water pressure for shower is too slow, couldnt have a proper bath because the water took 1 hour to fill the bathtub. 2. Parking is not free, have to pay RM20 for 2 day daily pass. 3. Aircond took longer time to get the room cold 4. Netflix cannot be opened due to nonpayment 5. The cabinet and cushion near the window looks old

Clean bathroom and good internet.

Price is actually whatever shown + RM 50 cleaning fee + RM 100 deposit so its actually not that good of a deal. Check in process was a hassle, there were unknown stains on bed sheets and for being so high up, you can feel and hear music playing. You also have to hound the owner for your deposit. They give back so late. In my case four working days after my stay.
