Great location , love the room and sofa bed. the house was clean and comfortable , very nice view. easy parking , easy check in and host was very helpfull. Overall the stay was very good and value for money.

The unit is comfortable enough for a family of 6. The unit decoration is nice and modern. Good water pressure.

Small size toilet with no bathtub. Toilet seems long time never wash and cleaned. A dish rack with all the plates and mugs was placed under the sink cabinet which is so inappropriate 👎 The swimming pool isn't well maintained.

Central location to Mahkota Parade Shopping

Calculative non negotiable over checkout time and demands a charge 50 RM per hour if after 12noon. No word of thanks from the host for our timely checkout and 10 nights of stay. Stayed 10 nights but no offer of any cleaning or linen refresh by owner. Ceiling and floors a bit dusty and Fan blades covered with thick dust. Bathroom sink and tapware stained and dirty. Dirty crockery. Mosquitoes coming inside apartment from balcony door gap.

the location is very strategic, i came to Melaka for the celebration of Hari Malaysia and conveniently, Dataran Pahlawan, AFamosa and others historical place in Bandar Hilir is just a walking distance.. the apartment is very cozy, it has EVERYTHING that you need i think the pool needs proper maintenance, but it still enjoyable overall i'd say the apartment is worth your money
