Number of Guests: The number of people staying overnight must not exceed the number stated in the booking. Guests & Visitors To ensure safety, privacy, and comfort, access is only permitted to the people registered at the time of booking. Visits or overnight stays by other people are unfortunately not possible. Shoes Wearing street shoes in the apartments is not permitted. Bicycles & Sports Equipment Bicycles, skis, snowboards, or similar equipment are not permitted in the apartment. Please use the lockable bicycle room. Please store skis and snowboards in the ski room. A ski boot dryer is available for ski boots. Smoking & Fire Smoking, barbecues, and open fires are strictly prohibited – both indoors and on the balcony/terrace. Kitchen Use Raclette grills, electric grills, or similar devices are not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony/terrace. Please leave the kitchen swept clean and free of any major dirt. Ventilation Please ventilate the apartment regularly to avoid condensation on the windows. Waste Disposal Please separate your waste and use the designated containers in the waste room. Save energy Please turn off lights and all electrical appliances (stove!) when leaving the apartment. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
