Super Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Sehr ruhig. Der eigene See unfassbar toll. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür. Alles so wie beschrieben.

I think it would be smart to have either a fan or nets on the windows against bugs, for the hot summer.

The open space and nature sorrounding the house, the intimacy of the private apartments and the short distance from Merano 2000 to go skiing.

"Superb"

9.0

Cozy isolated location with picturesque views of rhe mountains, with an apple orchard, deer feeder and chicken coup a few meters away. The town of Merano and the ski resort Merano 2000 are just 15 and 5 minutes drive away respectively. Nice wooden interior with two balconies and a cozy kitchen. Games box in a hallway mini "library" was a nice touch.

Would be nice to have some basic consumables, like a soap and tea bags to get going.
