Assolutamente soddisfatti ! Ottima posizione in centro, comodamente collegata a parcheggi (a pagamento), alle terme ed eventualmente mercatini natalizi. Gestori molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. L’appartamento comodo, luminoso, pulito e fornito di quello che può servire per un soggiorno a Merano.

"Bellissima esperienza di soggiorno nel cuore di Merano"

Tutto bellissimo la casa è accogliente pulita e spaziosa ho adorato il legno con cui è fatto tutto l’arredamento.

Unica difficoltà il passaggio in centro visto che la zona è pedonale….

Das Appartement war gemütlich, sehr moderne Küche, sehr schönes Bad.

Das Appartement war tagsüber sehr dunkel. Der Blick aus allen drei Fenstern war grauenhaft. Das gegenüberliegende Gebäude (2m entfernt !) war dreckig und von Taubenscheiße übersät. Sehr unappetitlich !!!

"Sehr zentral gelegen & hübsch eingerichtet"

Sehr gute zentrale Lage und super Kommunikation bezüglich Fragen. Sehr hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung.

Leider mussten wir auf dem Hinweg unsere Sachen recht weit tragen, weil man erst abends in die Stadt reinfahren durfte. Zur Abfahrt hat es dann besser geklappt😊

Die Zentrale Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in Umkreis von 200 Metern vorhanden.

Nachts oder Morgens ist es laut, Grund Anlieferung von den Geschäften oder Aufbau vom Markt, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man nichts. Parkmöglichkeiten bei der Wohnung leider nicht vorhanden. Parkplatz Therme 25.-€ am Tag ist Teuer kann aber 7 Tage gemietet werden für 94.-€ . Vielleicht kann man die Option bei der Buchung mit anbieten.
