Es ist eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und die Vermieterin ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Sehr gut! Mit großem Garagenstellplatz und nettem Balkon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet!

Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr gut. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat sie Unterstützung in Sachen Extrareinigung angeboten. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Standort der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt zu Fuss überall hin, ansonsten sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Südtirol sehr gut vernetzt

Mi è piaciuta la posizione della casa vicinissima al centro e alle terme. la proprietaria risponde prontamente ai messaggi, le foto rispecchiano l'appartamento. Eccellente il posto auto nel garage privato.

"troppo caldo e non ideale per tre adulti in estate" L’appartamento è ben posizionato, ma si è rivelato un po’ troppo piccolo per tre adulti. Durante il soggiorno estivo, il caldo si è fatto sentire molto: purtroppo non c’era l’aria condizionata e non è stato possibile avere nemmeno un ventilatore. Per brevi soggiorni e in stagioni più fresche potrebbe andare meglio. ideale per due adulti. Non consigliato per l’estate se fa caldo. a meno che non venga fornita una soluzione per rinfrescarsi almeno durante le ore del riposo. consiglio di fornire almeno un ventilatore perchè il caldo, seppur eccezionale, è stato insopportabile tanto da non riuscire a dormire la notte.

La struttura era accogliente, ber fornita, pulita e situata in una posizione comoda sia per il centro (5 min a piedi) che per le fermate bus (5 min a piedi).

Con il divano letto aperto non si poteva vivere in soggiorno, era necessario chiuderlo ogni mattina.

Central location, quiet, easy underground parking, everything you could possibly need or want

It was fantastic to stay at Villa Doris. The location is absolutely exceptional. It is so easy to walk into town, to get to the train station, and to take a bus up to Dorf Tyrol as well as to Bolzano and other areas. And the villa itself is a delight! Everything we could have needed was supplied, and the terrace was especially enjoyable with its beautiful mountain view. And Margit was an exceptionally helpful host. We had a brilliant time. Already thinking about returning!

Great location, close to railway station and even closer to bus stops with lines connecting all the important sights in Merano. This is making this place a great starting point for many activities. The apartament is just enough for 2 adults and 1 or 2 kids, there is enough space to keep all your stuff, regardless you're planning to hike, cycle or, in winter, to ski. There is also big parking space in underground garage, where you could safely keep a car and bikes. It was also very nice to be welcomed by owner. We received all the information we needed. Thank you.

Super nice appartment in the calm area surrounded by pine trees Enough space for 2 or 3 people. In summer you can use a nice terrace Box for the car attached to the building 5 min from Terme and in summer just has a view on the open area of Terme Margit is a great host, met us and explained everything We got coffee, tea and biscuits :) plus a ticket for transportation.
