Tutto pulito e accogliente e facilmente raggiungibile con auto nelle spiagge e centri .

I parcheggi nelle zone mare o centro storico sono riservati solo ai residenti. Ztl dalle 10 alle 18:30 per le località Lerici ecc...

Casetta piccola e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Temperatura ottimale rispetto al lungo mare, alla notte si dormiva benissimo.

When we were choosing apartments to stay for a week in Lerici we found that one. We choose that variant because it's not far from the sea and has its own parking. [+] Apartment created for 3 people but still you can stay here with up to 4 people very comfortably. [+] Apartment has nice looking kitchen, bathroom and of course conditioner, it is so nice feeling when you after a walk in 30+°C heat come inside your apartment where temperature is 10°C lower. [+] Wi-fi, connection in apartment is very good (i didn't check the speed, but it's pretty nice to watch YouTube or TikTok videos, idk what you prefer more) [+] And of course apartments owner Andrea, he helped us the whole time we were there. P.s. If you have too big car it'll be hard for you to enter the parking because it's not that wide like in other European countries, but it's problem of whole Italy and after 3 days living here you'll get used to it and it won't be that hard for you.

Uncomfortable folding bed. Towels and bed linen were not included. It costs 15€ per person.

The owner is lovely and very helpful. You are right next to a bus stop which gives you direct access to La Spezia in about 30/40 mins.

Nothing to say about the property. The only negative would be the lack of sidewalks on the road when walking around in the area. This is typical for country roads such as this one, just be aware of this if this is something that bothers you.
