Was a really good stay. Bed was comfortable and the studio was homely

Didn’t get the room i booked, nobody made the bed next day, poor kitchen, poor tea and coffee, people next door in both side rooms had no manors very loud , 1 small little soap enough for a small kid for once to shower , they knew we there for 2 days no soap in bathroom by hand basin , big jar with no soap

The accommodation was advertised as an apartment, we believed it to be self-catering only to find it a communal and shared kitchen and lounge. The worst was even making a cup of coffee for my husband and I, we had to be dressed properly in case there were other people in the kitchen. I would suggest that this establishment advertises rooms and tell patrons the kitchen is shared.

When walking downstairs to the car, being on the outlook for the dog. And having to share a “kitchen” with the other guests. Not having privacy.
