Everything was clean and tidy. Nice apartment...

Sorry, but it wasn't my choice to stay there. I didn't have time to choose. Because where I want to stay that place was shouted down a month ago and this was booking.com replacement... I wasn't looking to stay in another house or apartment, it was feeling the same as you are staying at your own home....... But thanks anyway, everything was fine, nice and tidy.

"Clean, presentable and easy to access"

Always clean and presentable at the house, we regularly stay here when working for a few days in Milton

There are a few bits getting tired and could do with a spruce up, but nothing dramatic

"Dangerous stairway. Poor customer treatment in relation to repairs."

The stairs in this property are VERY STEEP and there is no HANDRAIL....DANGEROUS for any age group. There is no photograph of the stairway showing the on the information page for this property. Why not? The bath plug was not operating and water was draining very slowly . When my sister telephoned to report this the response was nothing could be done. It was suggested that if she could get a screwdriver she could fix it herself. She later got a call from a man (DIL) who again said nothing could be done and if she did not like this she could write to Booking.com. This is not what I expect from Booking.com after many years and bookings!

"Good for one night on the way to another location"

The location was fine for one night before returning to London.

The stairs are very steep for people in their mid to late 70's. I am sure they are up to code. I need to check this in the future when I book.
