"Apartamento tranquilo e ideal para familias."

La ubicación es excelente y la zona es muy tranquila. Hay un parking a menos de 5 minutos andando y hay tiendas en los alrededores para poder comprar algo de comida.

En la cocina había un poco de olor por culpa del desagüe y hubiera preferido que nos dejaran un estropajo nuevo y una bayeta a estrenar en la cocina. El ascensor es muy pequeño pero por lo demás, todo fue perfecto.

"No está mal, pero hay cosas que mejorar"

La ubicación.

Mala insonorización, en la habitación principal se escuchaban mucho los ruidos de la calle por la noche Ascensor y rellano enanos, no entra bien ni la silla de viaje plegable de la niña. No hay bonos ni descuentos en los parkings cercanos por alojarte aquí.

Muy céntrico. Parking cercano y a un precio correcto. Tal y como se ve en las fotos pero con nuevos suelos y rodapiés.

Ubicación

Humedad Se oía bastante el ruido de la calle Costaba mucho cerrar la puerta del baño y la cerradura de la puerta iba bastante dura. En las fotos parecía mejor.
