Responsive contact from owner Alice) and a nicely set up apartment with all kitchen and fridge facilities including coffee machine. Good for singles or couples for a short stay in Modena. Apartment can be kept dark for sleeping which is also very good.

Second stay at rua Freda, this time on the first floor. The flat is super well located and very pleasant. The host is super nice and helpful. Everything is made to make you feel comfortable.

Amazing location at Modena’s old town. Nearby restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely helpful and supported with parking and even bringing up our bags! We were in town mainly for dinner but at the end felt we could have stayed another night

Very nice owners, quick to response. The apartment is in the city centre, close to everything by foot. It is small but has everything you need.

There is no parking lot, but the owners tell you where to park. It’s about 3-5min walk to the apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment in the historical center. Alice the hostess was very kind and helpful giving us recommendations for a better experience.

No ar conditioner in the bedroom, just the living room. But there was a fan and it was enough in a hot summer day.

Beautiful period features, spotlessly clean and lovely staff who made us very welcome. I would very happily stay here again.
