Communication with the host. Efficiency and understanding even if we arrived later than mentioned. Location is very good as well as parking options if you arrive with a car. Beds were super comfy and airco works very silent, which is great in hot periods like summer.

Coffee capsules were very good, a pity not knowing the brand and that there were few of them, but nothing too serious

Called the owner and they remotely let us into the building and then the apartment whilst I was on the phone.

Great location out of ZTL, well equipped, excellent beds, everything new, clear and clean. Easy contact with the hostess, very responsive. Supermarkets close. Historic center 10 to 15 minutes of easy and pleasant walking. The best apartment I’ve stayed so far through Booking.com.

Nothing wrong with the property, the apartment is great. The only point is that there is no private or public parking close. You have to park the car on the side streets and it can be challenging depending on the time, but not impossible.

The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes walk in to the city centre. The only downside is that the front entrance hall in the building smells...... but once you are safely in the apartment - everything is brilliant. The apartment is air-conditioned and there is a smart telly & WiFi is included. There is a washing machine and a washing line on the balcony. We stayed for 3 nights and liked I very much. I would highly recommend this apartment to either friends or a small family. The double room is large and very, very nice. The twin room is a little on the small side.... but OK for a short stay.
