Great location, right in the heart of Modena. Comfy bed, nice to have fridge and washing machine. Communication prior to arrival and during stay was excellent. Great for short stay, guests with luggage will struggle to get cases in the room.

I think the use of the word 'apartment' was a stretch; it is essentially a room with a small bathroom.

Masone home was a perfect property for staying in Modena. The apartment was really clean and modern with good cooking facilities. It was a 20minute walk away from the Ferrari museum also. We had access to Netflix and a free mini bar which was a really nice addition Cristina was a perfect host with good communication throughout our stay! Would recommend ☺️.

I booked this room on the fly, same day, and the host was immediately available sendinding me all the instructions and recommending useful things like where to park, where to eat, etc. The place is simple, yet clean, secure, well decorated and the location is excellent - right at the heart of Modena. Would definitely stay again.

Mrs Cristina was superb - very practical and communicative. We arrived a bit late, but everything was at our disposal, the keys and all of the information that we needed. The room was about just right - in the heart of the town, but still very calm and quiet. The main square was two minutes walk. Room was equipped with everything you could have asked for. Very clean, cosy, nice bed, even Netflix (which came as a surprise) and snacks. Would reccomend, 10+

Clean, very nice location, everything you need for a short or extended stay (kitchen, washing machine, fresh towels, ironing tool), complementary snacks, warm reception and detailed recommendations regarding food and activities in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Host very friendly and professional.. clean room and had everything needed. Great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes on our journey :) The restaurant downstairs is a must try!! Best pasta we’ve had in Italy so far.

I stayed for two weeks, the flat is perfectly located in the center with many restaurants around and a short walk from everything. The bed is comfy and the building is quite. Cristina was very welcoming and always available. Recommended!

I found it a little difficult to cook in the kitchen, but simple dishes are possible.
