It is spacious, comfortable, and with all the amenities a traveler might need or want. Its Maserati decor is fun - The apartment is lovely. We were able to walk to the city center of Modena as well as to places to eat or drink nearby.

Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre ville de Modène et supermarché à 2 minutes. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages et en français. Appartement grand et très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement

"Ein ideales Quartier für Autofans und zur Erkundung von Modena"

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung mit extravaganter Ausstattung besonders für alle Maserati-Fans hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt gegenüber ist der Maserati Showroom. Unten im Haus ist eine Bar, in der man auch frühstücken kann. Die Fenster sind absolut geräuschisoliert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und zuverlässig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof, das Stadtzentrum und das Ferrari Museum sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

"Zeer mooi appartement"

Zeer mooi appartement. 2 slaapkamers, keuken (met koelkast, vrieskastje vaatwasser, oven en magnetron), woonkamer en badkamer (met wasmachine). De eigenaar is fan van Maserati. Overal hangen foto's van Maserati auto's. Op de 1e etage bevindt zich het appartement. Je kunt zowel met de trap als met de lift. De eigenaar is bereikbaar via WhatsApp en beantwoord je vragen zeer snel.

De hoofdingang is een beetje moeilijk te vinden. Op de website van Booking.com staat de toren van de Maseratifabriek afgebeeld. De hoofdingang van het appartement is recht tegenover de Maseratifabriek. Als je via de routeplanner het volgende intoetst dan vind je het makkelijker: New Dental Medical Service, Via Divisione Acqui, 4, 41122 Modena MO, Italië
