No parking, no cupboard in bathroom , second bedroom is on the first floor with no doors , it was not enough towels , apartment is on the first floor no lifts

A great apartment, well-equipped. There weren't many tourists during peak season. It's a great base for exploring nearby beaches and attractions. Parking is available in paid spaces marked in blue on the EasyPark app, and it's not very expensive. Free parking is also available, but you have to drive a little further to Via Vittorio Veneto, where I've always found something.

Il servizio di smaltimento dell'umido non funziona molto bene. Le scale che portano alla seconda camera sono tante e ripide e per andare al bagno bisogna scenderle.

Ubicación muy buena, centrico y cerca de todos lo servicios. Confortable y con todo lo necesario para su aprovechamiento. Terraza amplia con mobiliario adecuado. Módica es una buena ciudad como sede para conocer la zona. Recomendable

La forma de contactar es mejorable . Falta información sobre el sistema de recogida de basuras que es complejo por su calendario semanal y resulta imposible conseguir los horarios En uno de los apartamentos hay una subida de escalera interior muy estrecha para acceder al segundo dormitorio por lo que no se recomienda a personas con dificultad de movimiento.

We were more than halfway to the next place when a message came about the finding of the wallet in the apartment. The host is so friendly and sends everything to us. I definitely recommend this landlord and the apartment is very nice and the terrace is large and useful.

He doesn't give you the key code without payment. But the worst thing is that he doesn't show you the apartment upon arrival, doesn't show you if everything works, but when you leave he checked every thing to see if it was broken. WiFi didn't work, and when we asked about it, he said that the problem was known. True, he sent other codes later, so everything was ok. There is no parking nearby, even the paid spaces were taken, we had to park our car further from the apartment. In addition, he didn't return the deposit even after checking out, although he promised that the money would be returned to the account in a few hours.
