Beyond Amadores by Vector

The apartment was very new and the pool and outdoors area were a great addition. It was clean and the area felt very safe. The beds were comfortable not the usual hard ikea mattress that can be found frequently in air bnb . The communication with owner was good and frequent. The towels and linen were changed mid week which was very appreciated. The instructions to get there and details for entry were clear and easy to follow. The location is on a hill.

The apartment could do with some more mirrors especially in the bedrooms also and a full length mirror. Also a bedside table lamp and some extra pillows in the single room.

it was perfect for a couple, the balcony was lovely. The apartment is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine dryer etc

The drawers and cupboard doors could do with repairs and it would take very little to fix. another bedside table and light would help

The location is exellent - having the sun from the morning and being able to see the sunset was really what I wanted. The locking of the front door is strange. We left the keys at the inside of the front door and closed the door and then we were not able to open the door with the second key. The host came and sorted things out and was very friendly, but the locking system is strange, and there was no note on not leaving the keys in the door.

I think it is strange that there was no cleaning during my stay - it was very clean when we arrived, but we did not get any cleaning during the 6 days we stayed. Actually my brother stayed in an appartment in the same house, but run by another host and they got cleaning every second day. So strange to have different rules for appartments in the same house.

The apartment has nice views and it is in great location. You can see the most popular beach Playa Amadores from your balcony. This was the second time that we have been here, so that is why we chose this apartment also for our parents. However it was a mistake because the owner and the property managers did not respond to our calls, text messages or messages on booking.

As we have already been at this apartment, we wanted to book it also for our parents. The first problem was when we came to the apartment, it was a different apartment than the one in the photos and the one we have stayed in before. We have complained about this, so they gave us the keylock code to the original apartment, which has better views. So when you book, check the photos. The major problem was that for the first 5 days the Internet was not working, the owner/property manager was deliberately not picking the phone, not answering text messages, messages on booking and not communicating with us. Finally when we got in touch with them, we have explained that our parents need the Internet for work, so they had to pay every day each 33€ (together 66€*5days = 330€ without VAT, so with VAT it was 396€) for mobile Internet abroad from their phones. Since we were really angry and desperate as they were not communicating with us, the property manager has promised us that the owner will bring to us a new satellite Internet and will reimburse us with 350€ for the Internet after our stay. The next day the owner brought the new router and placed it in the apartment (he came there without our knowledge and when we were not present there), but at that moment we did not care as we really needed an Internet connection for work. After our stay, again no communication and after several messages they told us to send a proof of payment - invoice from our mobile operator. We have sent them the invoice but to this day we have not received the promised reimbursement of 350€ and of course again no communication (we have sent the invoice in November 2022). So even tough the apartment is nice, we will never come back and prepare yourself that if something happens or you need help, they will not pick up the phone and communicate with you. Very disappointed with this experience!

The apartment overall was very good. Great pool, had it to ourselves the majority of the time. The host was very helpful and done their best to correct any problems
