Lovely cosy apartment with great facilities. Had all the utensils you could need for a self catering holiday. Lovely touches with beer and crisps on arrival. Quiet pool area . Balcony with sea view, just perfect. Excellent communication with Pablo, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back, which we are next year !!

Nothing really, just a suggestion ...more comfortable chairs on the balcony to sit on and relax, otherwise perfect apartment.

Pablo was great. Gave good directions, met us on time and showed us everything.

Thank you,Pablo, for providing us with the accommodation. We were very comfortable in your apartment. It’s in a great location with a wonderful view. It was peaceful there. The place is quite modern, with nice beaches and free parking available. It’s close to shops where you can get everything you need. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment is on the quieter side of the Puerto Rico valley. It’s still close to some restaurants and a supermarket but it’s a 20 min walk downhill to the main town. We preferred that as there were fewer people, traffic and noise. If you hire a car it’s easy to park on the road directly outside. The apt itself has everything you need for self-catering and is well stocked for cleaning stuff, there’s also a washing machine, microwave and the all important kettle! The pool area was also very clean and quiet. There are some sun beds but no umbrellas although it looked like there was one in the apt wardrobe but we weren’t there often so didn’t bother All in all an excellent stay!

If I were to pick holes the balcony is in the shade 24/7 certainly when we were there in Feb but it’s a small thing and certainly didn’t impact our stay

The property had everything that you need for a holiday. Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen ( no oven), use of a pool and very clean.

The wall cupboard next to the window in the bedroom is a bit of a pain as it stops the the window opening fully. Apart from that everything was brilliant.

Pablo was so welcoming, he text to check what time we would be there and met us very promptly after we got off the bus which is direct from the airport to the bottom of the road. Pablo had so many lovely touches added, refreshments for so and the kids and everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. It is a 15 min walk to the beach and there is also lots of restaurants nearby and a shop. It is also right beside the trial head for lots of lovely mountain walks. We were 2 adults and 3 small children (all under 5) and had a great time.

The appartment was above our expectations, very clean and had everything what we hoped for. The host was very nice and was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us the whole appartment and even left some drinks and snacks for us to use. Overall a very good appartment!
