Townhouse was fabulously located - walking distance to the wharf area, CBD, restaurants etc. it was well equipped with everything you might need.

There were several sets of stairs within the property - to get to the front door and the upstairs bedrooms. Wouldn’t be suitable for everyone.

For the price you pay per night, the apartment could use some more creature comforts such as; breakfast baskets, more condiments. Etc.

"overall it is great place considering location but challenging if you have lots of luggages and baggages"

The location is very to many places in the central area - Salamanca, harbour etc. So it is very convenient. Place is generally clean and stay was comfortable.

Property is on the second floor so a little inconvenient to carry luggages up. Carpark lot is also few blocks down, so had to drag luggages and items for quite a bit. Property is right by a street that is quite busy, so can have some vehicle noises at night

"Prime Hobart position"

Amazing position,spacious,comfortable for 3 adults but could easily accommodate 2 couple and 2 kids

THE NEED TO FEED PARKING METER as 2hrs max parking 8.30am-6pm weekdays.Bathroom/shower product quality could be improved(but just bring your own and thus no issue)
