Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
