Very minor detail -Kitchen tiles distressed finish but at first glance looks like poor grouting/cleanup.

"Not organised at all, and lack of communication to me about my room."

Comfortable bed, good location.

The room wasn't cleaned since the last person had stayed there. I checked in after 3pm and bed was a mess, the kitchen a mess, food over the floor and in the sink, and I came to the realisation that my one bedroom apartment had not been touched! After checking out of somewhere before at 11am that day and waiting about for 4 hours, just to find this place hadn't been cleaned, was annoying to say the least and thats being polite! And then the cleaners turned up, I left to let them to get on with it. Shouldn't happen again to anyone.

Beautiful apartment in a good central location. The apartment was absolutely spotless with great facilities and we had really good comms from our host.

A bigger bed would have been a bonus.
