This apartment at Alcantara Factory Ii was an excellent choice for my last minute trip to Lisbon. Absolutely beautifully appointed apartment, ideally located by the artsy LX Factory district wit lots of fabulous restaurants, shops, and art galleries. You could walk up the street to a LIDL grocery store should you want to cook in the nice kitchen or keep lots of food and wine in the large refrigerator. You can walk to the nearby marina and take a cruise on the Tagus river. It’s just outside Lisbon City Center but very short Uber or tuk tuk ride to the major historic sites.

I have no negatives for this property.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had requested a crib, and were pleasantly surprised with the crib set up with soft blankets and a stuffed animal, a high chair, kids dishes/utensils and even a baby bath tub. Also, I had asked about an elevator as we were traveling with my mother who has knee problems… they offered to move us to the ground level free of charge to make her stay more enjoyable. Everything about this property was fantastic and we really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with our great hosts.

Nothing. It was fabulous.

Excellent apartment and the host was really helpful. The bed was nice and we requested the sofa bed and it was really comfortable. The building was really easy to access and the neighborhood was good. We needed to stay in the area for an event nearby and it was wonderful.

There was an issue at the time of the booking, but we got in contact with the host and everything was sorted out. They were really helpful.
