A cama muito confortável, tudo muito limpo, a localização excelente, cozinha muito bem equipada. Tinha supermercado próximo e muitos outros serviços

O ar frio e o som do vento que entrava à volta das janelas e porta para o terraço, o ar condicionado não funcionava a 100%. Tinhamos de andar sempre de casaco e na sala com edredão nas pernas.

Quite close to city center, 10 min to Avenida metro station, received all details ahead for self check-in which was great, the apartment was large having the kitchen and lobby area as open space, the single room was ok and having the mobile heater was very good in order to get the necessary heat during the night.

The A/C from the open space area was not covering the necessary heat during our stay, after turning off in few minutes the temperature was dropping. The water from shower was sometimes very hot/cold or you had to wait few minutes until reached the preference. All in all was ok.

Jó helyen, tágas lakás, kényelmes ágy, jól felszerelt konyha.

Hideg volt a lakásban novemberben.

Wir hätten uns für eine ganze Woche 2 x Handtücher gewünscht und mehr Toilettenpapier. Auch gab es nur ein einziges Geschirrhandtuch und eine mini Menge Spülmittel.. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn wir 2 Kapseln Kaffee für den 1. Morgen gehabt hätten, es war nichts an Lebensmitteln in der Küche, z.B. kein Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig... das kennen wir aus Deutschland anders, dort gibt es eine Grundausstattung.

Huge apartment and outside space. The apartment was extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfy too

O local é muito bem equipado e próximo de supermercados e lugares para lanches.Roupas de cama e banho muito bom e a cozinha também.

A falta de comunicação com a equipe. No apartamento que fiquei o ralo do banheiro estava entupido e o dia que cheguei foi muita chuva. O terraço alagou e começou a entrar água para dentro da sala. Tentei comunicar pelo booking pq os telefones de contato não respondiam. Se chovesse mais 1 dia seguido iria transbordar de água dentro de casa. A equipe da manutenção chegou 1 dia antes da minha saída e só conseguiram desentupir o banheiro.

Location is great apartment is functional and well equipped. Nothing fancy.

A/c did not work properly until sunday when someone came to fix it. Outside temp was 35 degrees inside 27-28. The filter of the ac appeared to have been cleaned many years ago for the last time. Instead of maintaining the equipment they just wait until someone is unlucky enough to make the repair inevitable and it partly ruined our weekend.
