Apartamento do Paço do Lumiar

The property was clean, bright. I should say bathroom has lots of molds. The appliance is very old, rusted.

It is very very far from Metro station, 20min walk to metro station Lumiar or you have to pay bus and metro fees

Tudo muito organizado e limpo. A casa é muito bem equipada. Minha família e meus gatinhos tiveram uma excelente estadia!

Nedideli, bet tvarkingi apartamentai tolokai nuo miesto centro, bet prie pat jų autobuso stotelė, iš kur galima greitai nuvažiuoti iki metro. Labai arti didelis PC Pingo Doce, Aldi. Šiuolaikiškas liftas. Apartamentuose yra indų, virtuvės reikmenų, ypač reikalingas buvo skėtis nuo saulės.

Reikėtų atnaujinti vonios kambarį.

The property is very conveniently located on a quiet new looking neighborhood in Lisbon. The buildings on that side of the street are all being renovated on the outside. This building is already freshly renovated and the inside is well kept, modern and clean. There are bus stops nearby and you have shops within walking distance and it’s very convenient to get a Uber. There is self check in to the apartment which is good. The apartment is small but has everything you may need.

The apartment is good but small and could use some updating in equipment and linens. Could use a duvet/comforter or other covers instead of dated heavy blankets. Towels could be bigger and softer. The appliances work fine but are old (exhaust on the stove needs replacing). Walls in the bedroom have some black spots, should be painted or deep cleaned? To my taste I don’t like to have already used open toiletries or food and there were a few of these items in the bathroom and kitchen.

Liked the location and the building itself. Nice quiet street and neighborhood with shops walking distance easy to get on the bus or uber. Building very well kept and modern. Nice quiet apartment providing most of what you could need.

The apartment itself could use some updating and upkeeping. Linens could be better. Towels are old and small and blankets. Appliances work but are very old. White walls in the bedroom had a lot of black marks. Not very good value for money.

A lovely light filled, beautifully clean and generously equipped apartment. Food and suggestions for sightseeing left was also impressive. Convenient parking. We would absolutely stay here again.
