The location next to centro storica , cafes and Trieste ferry was fabulous, wonderful hostess who was so friendly, helpful and informative could not have been kinder. The apartment itself was spotless and well equipped, lovely terrasse for alfresco dining superb, cannot fault, my husband and I will return very soon!!

I LOVED EVERYTHING! I don't often stay at places that exceed my expectations but CasamargheRita was a fantastic surprise! MUCH BETTER than on the pictures. The apartment is superbly renovated and decorated, SUPER CLEAN, cosy and flawlessly furnished. Regarding facilities, nothing was missing! Not even the nice gestures to make you feel welcome. (local biscuits, water, etc.) The location was awesome in the very center of Muggia and everything I needed was in walking distance. I had the chance to meet the host. Rita is a ray of sunshine!

IMPOSSIBLE to dislike anything!

CasamargheRita is a great little oasis. Rita is an excellent host - friendly and kind, with good comms by WhatsApp, but she is never over-bearing or intrusive. She lives nearby, and while this apartment shares her front stairs and outdoor terrace, we had plenty of space to ourselves and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is a washing machine, everything was super-clean and lovely. Not just one, but 3 supermarkets are very close, with a fruit and vege stall literally across the lane. The town square of Muggia is about 60 seconds walk, for the evening aperitif. Muggia feels like a real town, a place where locals live, and therefore it's a great respite from the tourist circuit. We walked up to Muggia Vecchio one day (Old Muggia) - beautiful. After a day in Trieste by ferry, we were so happy to come 'home' from all the noise and bustle, to little Muggia and CasamargheRita.
