The stay was good and clean. Only thing I got shifted to another flat because this room was having water leakage and I was informed about it when I was about to reach the place. They asked me pay extra as the new place was bigger which is very disappointing. It was not my fault and I was informed just before my arrival. I really didn’t want to pay extra 3~4K . On complaining they reduced it to 1k. It was still unprofessional from their side. Although the place was clean and the caretaker was good.
