2 bedroom, Sea Front Complex w Pool and private garden

Lovely apartment very clean and tidy. Host had left essentials such as towels cleaning toiletries etc which was very much appreciated. Checked regulary by app to make sure everything was as ok and if any problems. Would highly recommend this property and the host was one of a kind. Grounds outside were kept in fantastic condition even the pool was spotless and that's in December. If we return to Javea would have no issues on returning to this property.

The host is completely out of her mind. She reported me for misconduct so she could cancel the next booking due to a better deal out of booking. The house was full of ants and humidity.

it would have been nice to be able to use large( electric) gate for access to the “ prom” without having to do a circuit of block. lounge/ diner is poor layout but plenty of play space for kids. I’d have liked another en suite.

Situated well. Spacious accommodation Lovely patio and garden with gate to pool. Very comfy bed. Heating if chilly is very efficient.

Needed some small repairs in general. Little dated in places but still comfy. Some places needed a little more cleaning (but I am fussy) I would book again, though.

Great apartment, clean, good location near the beach, bars and restaurants just 5 mins away. Excellent customer service from the owner who was easily contactable. The outside garden and terrace is a lovely private area to sit outside with comfy seating and sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. The living area has large comfy sofas and the bedroom has a big comfy bed with a nice large ensuite as well as a separate shower room. Plenty of wardrobe space and even a dressing table. There is also private secure underground parking. The urbanisation is well cared for with a nice pool and gardens.
