Rustige omgeving en toch dicht bij het centrum en de Maiskogel skilift. De bus stopt letterlijk voor de deur van het appartement

Het automatisch aanschakelen van de lampen in de badkamer. Dit is als je ‘s nachts naar het toilet moet niet echt prettig
