We liked the uniqueness of the property, being a home cinema unit, the fully equipped kitchen and the offroad parking.

The instructions for the home entertainment controllers need to be updated along with the new/replaced controllers with relevant buttons. The controller for the lights didn't work either, not a big issue as we just got up to turn the lights off but not functioning none the less. If you managed to get these working instantly then I request that you make the instructions for these controllers more clear please. The shower looked lovely and inviting but again, unfortunately, the body jets didn't function correctly. There were cobwebs across the pillow cases when we arrived. Finally, we saw that the coffee and popcorn that you provided for us were out of date in 2023, after we had consumed it. I feel that addressing these issues will provide you a potential 10 star rating in the future.

Place was easy to find. Halis has a great check in system. A click to a link and all instructions from accessing the apartment to how to work the tv. Videos even included in some cases so there is no confusion. For me the location was perfect. Only 1km away from my work. Rewe, Aldi, and DM also down the street. Would definitely recommend.
