Golden Sea View - Old Town

Conveniently located in the centre of Kavala with lovely sea views. Apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Host was great, helpful and very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The views are lovely but it is a hike up a small hill (being old town) and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

We loved the view from the balcony. It was a large apartment with a lovely bedroom, big kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Vivian left lots of small bottles of water in the fridge for us along with coffee. There was also a washing machine and washing liquid provided.

Nothing to dislike about the property

The apartment is very cozy, big enough for a family of four and the location is perfect. The bathroom is clean and modern and there is a wide scenic view of the harbour and centre of Kavala. The hosts are polite and responsive.

Unfortunately parking in the old town is forbidden 24/7 for everyone except the local residents and it causes inconvenience but there are a few paid parking places with fair prices nearby, the closest of which is by the harbour.

Very clean, good appliance, good beds and very beautiful views

Great independent property in the heart of the old town. Very well equipped and comfy. You have all the supplies needed in a kitchen, bathroom...Viviana, the owner offers you all the things that you need in a house(towels, cosmetics, cleaning solutions, bathroom amenities, kitchen dishes..etc). Just bring your clothes. The owner (Viviana) and her son waited for us and helped us with the luggage and the accommodation at the arrival. It is a very good choice for a long stay in Kavala. It is spacious enough for a family, it has independent rooms, lots of natural light, a great outdoor terrace with amazing sea view. We will came again!

The apartment was amazing, clean, modern and very comfortable. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. All necessary amenities were provided. The location is very convenient, not far away you can find the clean and beautiful beach. Also, there are local attractions near the apartment’s location. The host is the sweetest person. Definitely will return to Kavala to the same apartment. Only good memories.

It is a very comfortable and quiet place for staying . The view is spectacular. The owners are very nice. Hope to see them hem next year! Efcharistó polý!!!

Golden Sea View - Old Town is perfectly located in the old town of Kavala. The apartment has an amazing sea view and it's fully equipped with everything you need - even more if you want to stay for more than a week. Vivi is an incredible host and always helpful with whatever you need. The apartment is suitable for 3-4 people. It has a double and single bed, and a couch for at least 2 people.
