Location excellent with fantastic views, we enjoyed sitting on the veranda. Beds and bedding very comfortable. The house was in really good order

Steep driveway only accessible from one direction, we had two cars and used the top parking as well. Doors sticking which was part rectified. Some bedrooms had no fans so were uncomfortable. Downstairs WIFI didn’t work.

Elegant and lavishly furnished house. Very tastefully decorated.

Only suggestion is for hosts to provide electric oil heaters in the rooms. Not everyone is familiar and comfortable with starting fires

The location , comfort and cleanliness of the property was excellent. I will most definitely recommend the property to friends and family.I must also make mention of the 'friendly' management and reception team who looked after and catered for all our needs... much appreciated and thank you.

Just keep maintaining your 'standards' and you will continue to grow.

The house is perfectly situated on the Heads in Knysna and had everything we needed plus more. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The décor was perfect, beachy but not over the top. All guests will be amazed by the crockery and the bin in the kitchen was my best. 😊

I tried hard to think of something but there was nothing I didn't like.
