絶対周りにおすすめできない施設！！！！！ スタッフがヤバすぎて、とても嫌な思い出になってしまいました。 なんか拗らせた感じの人でした…。 お風呂場の出入口の前にカメラを設置してあり、防犯カメラと書いてはありましたが、普通に嫌です。 Wi-Fiが使えなくて困っていても、電話は今はできない（19時過ぎ）とつっぱねられ、永久にメッセージだけでしかやり取りしてもらえず。(※21時過ぎまで待たされながらメッセージでやり取りしました) 結局、スマホテザリングでなんとかするしかなく、とても不便でした。 宿泊者名簿が必要らしく、こちらのメッセージに気づいたのが当日で、個人情報をメッセージしたところ、絶対にこのPDFで送ったものに今日中に記入して送れ！の一点張りで、明日絶対に送ると伝えても 絶対に許さない感じでした。 （WiFiのやり取りの際も、そちらが準備できないんだから、これでおあいこですねと言われました…失礼ながら、客商売をしてはいけない人物かと思います……) お風呂の下水臭がすごかったです。

電話での対応にすぐ対応してくれ助かりました

マットレスが柔らかすぎる

Joli appartement pas très grand mais bien agencé avec suffisamment de place pour se sentir à l'aise à 4. Le gérant répond très rapidement lorsqu'on le sollicite ou lorsque l'on a une question. Le quartier est calme mais proche d'une zone plus animée et très sympathique surtout le soir : Nishiki et Mirai tower. Le métro est aussi assez proche pour permettre de se rendre où l'on veut rapidement.

La literie n'était pas très confortable et les draps étaient assez rêches. Le sèche-cheveux aurait besoin d'un modèle plus récent et plus performant. Le rapport qualité/prix est un peu élevé compte tenu de l'absence de services (ce n'est pas un hôtel, juste un appartement à louer).

The property is located in a very quiet and convenient street within a short walk from the underground station and several convenient stores. It's spacious and has almost everything needed.

Spacious house for 4 adults with 4 big luggages. House is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has almost all the necessary appliances and utensils. The house is within walking distance to the subway station. Definitely a good and pleasant stay. The host is very responsive and nice which allows us to keep our luggage in the house upon our last min request. The self check in instructions is clear and check in is easy and smooth.
