MY LX FLAT Stylish Apartment in Santa Catarina

The apartment looked good at first glance, with a small welcome basket containing wine and food, but then we noticed several defects and above all a lack of cleanliness.

One of the rooms was unusable, with a broken bed and a huge mold stain on the wall, defective door handles. On the overall, very low cleanliness level. We found a huge cockroach wandering around the house!

Apartment was almost exactly as the pictures on the advert, was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There was even a small welcome pack of Portuguese treats!! Thank you 😊 Some areas of the apartment could do with fresh paint and the cover was missing from the dishwasher.....but these are minor details, this is a very nice place to stay!! Location was good, only a few minutes walk to some excellent cafes and shops.

Probably due to the building location and the small windows there is very little sunlight to warm the place up.......towels seemed to take forever to dry, but there are heaters so no need to worry about being cold! Apartment location is on a very quiet street in a residential area that is only accessible to residents cars and taxis; Uber or tour vehicles cannot access this area so be warned that you'll have to drag your suitcase across some cobbled streets!! Apartment is also on the first floor of the building, up a very narrow stairway, but once you're inside it is very quiet and comfortable.

The appartment was located in the city center, in Bairo Alto, walk-in distance to many touristic objectives. It was clean and big, with anything we needed. The area was quite and not so crowdy.

Great apartment with modern amenities

Excellent location, we had some difficulty finding the property at first but were immediatley assisted over the contact number provided. The flat was incredibly clean and came stocked with enough toiletries to cover the entire trip.

It would perhaps be nice if some dishwasher tablets, and detergent for the washing machine was available. Perhaps an option to have the double beds seperated into singles would also be useful. Overall excellent however.
