FLH São Bento Apartment with Balcony

L'emplacement était très bien ! Dans le centre donc idéal pour se balader à pieds

Aucun condiment ni produit d'entretien, on a dû acheter de l'huile, du sel et du poivre, du liquide vaisselle (remarque qui revient assez souvent dans les avis). L'appartement n'était pas très propre, la salle de bain sentait le moisi et il y avait une serviette de plage sale dans un des tiroirs dans une chambre. La porte d'une chambre ne s'ouvrait pas quand on la fermait en entier donc on n'a pas pu la fermer de tout le séjour. Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue ne sont pas du tout isolées, il faut s'attendre à entendre le tramway qui passe toute la nuit. Il y a une boîte de nuit à côté de l'immeuble, on a l'impression d'être dedans quand on dort ! Le système d'ouverture de la porte d'entrée est complètement à revoir ! On a dû appeler à 22h30 les propriétaires pour nous aider à ouvrir la porte. Les serruriers ont pris beaucoup de temps pour nous aider, on est rentré dans l'appartement vers 1h30, donc bloqués sur le palier pendant 3h. Ils nous avaient promis de venir le lendemain matin au plus tôt pour régler le problème, ils sont arrivés à 17h ! Résultat : une journée de séjour perdue à être bloqués dans l'appartement.

Nous n'avons vu personne. Le bruit de la boîte de nuit du dessous est vraiment important. C'est comme si on y était !

I would not recommend staying here from a Thursday to a Saturday. The place shares a wall with a nightclub and it feels like you're in the club because it is so loud and it goes until 4am. The property said there was some noise but the level of noise was just crazy.

Apartament self was really nice - nothing to complain about. Location also great - walking distance to most of the tourist places which we wanted to visit.

Disco next to the apartament. Loud music and screaming people next to the apartament until 4 am in the morning !!!

Great location, excellent housekeeping,sunny balcony. Some very nice bars & restaurants a short stroll away.

More noise than expected from the street throughout the night,but it's in the middle of a busy district with lots of life going on at all hours, so to be expected,I guess.
