Afrodite was there to hand over the keys once we arrived. She was so welcoming and great a lot of great recommendations / answered all our questions.

"Perfect spot in Paros"

Oikies is the cutest accommodation and great for friends travelling together. The fridge was stacked with all the essentials for breakfast which was a great help. It’s walking distance to the town and we felt so safe. We didn’t hire a car so being able to get to the town by foot was great! Our host was an absolute pleasure to deal with and had great suggestions on what to do around the island. I can’t remember the name of the beach club she suggested but we went and had a great time! The washing machine was also stocked which helped because I had travelling with dirty clothing in my suitcase :)

Daily cleaning would make this place a 10/10. Everything else was perfect.

"Loved this beautiful apartment in Paros."

Lovely apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Had a washing machine too. It was very clean and the host had provided us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread etc. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. We were also quite close to the beach which was great.

It was a bit of a steep walk into the main town center, takes about 10 mins. We didn’t mind it but can be a bit much for the elderly.

"A nice stay, lovely and comfortable mid-range accommodation"

Lovely decor, first impressions were great. Really liked the welcome pack of food left in the fridge. Had lots of space over the two apartments and the terrace and pool were especially lovely.

Things that didn't quite hit for us were the hot water- this was constantly switched off whilst we were out and controlled both apartments. Cool showers in the evenings were not brilliant! Housekeeping did a great job but bins were not always emptied. The washing machine had an issue and would not open. Location is fantastic but there are lots of hills to climb which may not suit all travellers and it can get noisy outside.
