Location, easy check-in/out instructions.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay has many areas of mold (bedsheets, curtains, washroom. I only stayed 2 nights, but am recovering from black mold exposure symptoms now. Very humid with no air circulation. No toiletries in the washroom which were noted as included. The studio is also very small.. much closer to 25m^2 than the advertised 30m^2.

The location of the apartment is good

Once arriving in the apartment, we immediately noticed the very bad shape the exterior building has, means full of mould. When we entered the entrance door, the smell of mould immediately caught our attention. The apartment is NOT 30qm, the shower is full of mould and the floor is like a sponge: WATER comes out of it when you walk. When we laid down on the bed the, smell of mould was so intense, that we decided to leave the apartment the second night (we had initially booked 5 nights). The couple, who has the apartment, were helpful to solve the matter and agreed on refund!

The location was good, however, there was street repair work going on near the apartment which we were not aware of. It did not impact us very much though, we just had to take a detour. What I did not like is that the apartment was booked basis on the option smoking preferences, however, immediately after booking when I called the host to introduce myself, he requested to not smoke even though it was mentioned in the booking. Also the host asked me to cancel the booking where he knows that the booking option is non-refundable. We do not like to smoke inside the apartment anyways, but If an option was given to someone, it should be respected. Also, the wall of the house is massively broken near the window, TV was not working properly, remote does not work at all. The toilet was extremely small. Overall, it is an overpriced place which I would not prefer as an option in the future.
