Spacious and elegant family home - BP1

The apartment is very spacious, it has 3 bathrooms and one half bath. There were two hairdryers, washing machine, iron. The host is very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately the street is very loud. I’d also recommend to add lock on the bathroom door that is located near kitchen because right now there is none

The apartment was very spacious and perfect for 12 people. Very clean and good facilities, very well equipped kitchen!

25 minute walk to the city center, but uber was very easy to use and only 4-5€ for one trip. One night there was quite a bit of noise from the street but other than that it was quiet.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment was just like described in the information and was perfect to fit our group of 7 people. Nice location, close to the city center and to most interesting places to visit in Lisbon. Checking and checkout processes went smooth and without problems. Would definitely recommend the apartment!

Great location a 3 min walk from the nearest metro station -10 mins into central Lisbon. Good local architecture - tall light rooms and living amongst the locals.

Party in flat above meant having to go upstairs at 02.30 to remind them these old houses transmit every noise!

Location of the property was excellent - very near to a Metro stop but not really that far to walk down to the main square. The first floor apartment was well appointed, bright and airy. I would recommend this apartment for families and groups of friends. I had also messaged ahead and asked if they would buy some wine and Prosecco to put in the apartment for our arrival, as a surprise, as our trip was for a birthday celebration. This they did and it was a lovely surprise for the rest of the party. Thank you.

We did report that one of the shower rooms did not have hot water. They replied they would get someone out to have a look at the boiler as it had recently been serviced. Unfortunately that did not happen while we were staying, although there were two other showers available with hot water, so it was not too much of an inconvenience.

The property was in a good location despite being very loud at night. It was central but about 25 mins in a taxi to the water front/pink street. The communal space was good but the kitchen was not.

Terrible beds; Horrific bed quality in all the beds bar the one in the main en-suite bedroom. All single beds, terrible thin mattress’s very uncomfortable. One double bed in the 4 person room was fully broken and not fit for purpose, it was missing slats and was visibly broken. This is not good enough when it is advertised to cater for 12 people it is certainly not due to such poor quality of beds. Really thin mattresses that were just awful. The pillows are a single cushion each which are not pillows. Poorly provided kitchen; I contacted the property prior to our visit to check re coffee/ tea to which we were told the kitchen was fully stocked with tea and coffee. It was not, there was none. There was 4 glasses when it is a serviced apartment for up to 12. Toilets; dull and not clean showers that need some life brought to them. There was not enough toilet paper at all for a three night stay. It is an easy thing to provide surplus of instead of guests needing to go and buy it. Overall a dull and tired apartment that the photos appear much much better than reality. Sadly it made our time in Lisbon less due to not being able to sleep due to the poor beds and the noise within the building (which we know cannot be helped) but the beds can. Two of our group had to sleep elsewhere due to their bed being fully broken, when the bedding was being changed it would have been so clear it was not fit for purpose.

The dishwasher door was not installed properly rendering it impossible to access the lower of the two drawers, and the door of one of the three bathrooms could only be shut with a decent amount of force, making a lot of noise. Apart from that, no complaints. It was a wonderful stay!
