Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr süß eingerichtet und super Lage. Und sehr sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

La situation. Les produits de première nécessité. Le lave linge. La réactivité de l hôte. Le petit balcon. La propreté. Le système d ouverture de la porte d entrée très pratique. Le parfait état de fonctionnement des appareils. Les deux salles de bains. Le canapé confortable. L épicerie à côté et la boulangerie. La rue agréable. La grande superficie de l appartement.

Des Stores occultants seraient les bienvenus au niveau des deux chambres/ couloir du fait des imposts. Une vraie séparation chambre et toilettes aussi au niveau de l impost ouvert. Lumière plus intime dans le salon souhaitée. Double vitrage côté rue.

La ubicación

Very spacious apartment, all access with access codes, very easy and this way you cannot lose the key. We loved the spacious living rooms and 2 separate bedrooms, also the only apartment during our stay that had 2 bathrooms, both with toilet and shower. All possible kitchen supplies are there, including kid's plates and cutlery and tupperware boxes. There were sorting bins and a drying rack. Location is superb, close to great viewing point, tram 28 stop, supermarket,...

There are always possibilities to improve ;) in that aspect, we were a bit dissapointed to the size of the bed, it was about 140cm wide which we personally do not consider a double bed. One other minor topic is that it would be nice to provide washing detergent as well, and extra towels for guests that are staying for a longer time. I told this to the host and they graciously accepted my feedback, so this might be already provided by the time you get there ;) Neighbourhood can get a bit loud but usely by 22:30 all was quiet.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et bien situé avec 2 salles d’eau et toilettes. Literie ultra confortable.

Il faudrait soit un rideau soit un système de vitre sans teint à la fenêtre de la salle d’eau attenante à la chambre en raison du vis à vis.

Location was good, we walked everyday to the main attractions. The tram 28 is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There's a small grocery shop next door and some others in walking distance. The apartment was big, good size for family of 4. Beds were real beds and very comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was good to cook simple meals. There was also a washing machine, which was convenient for longer stay. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. I forgot my small stuff there and he is arranging to send it back to me. Outside was a bit noisy at night. No kitchen towels.
