Noise from the street, there is no living room

Exceptional customer service- Nuno was friendly, patient and professional. He was kind even after I made a mistake with our arrival time. Very helpful with local information and helped make a reservation since I didn’t have local voice capability. Most importantly for me, Nuno is very responsive to concerns and fixed an issue immediately. Very Clean and looks like online photos. Value for money is good, particularly if you need space for a family of 5. Location is great. Walking distance to bus and tram, LX factory, laundry, grocery and restaurants, gelato ( important to my kids, lol) and coffee. Neighborhood Favorites- coffee, Torra Coffee Roasters; burgers,Burgavision; brunch, La’Vanda; Ramen, Nood; Frango, Casa dos Francis de Moscavide; Gelato, Nivá.

Noise- if a light sleeper the front room is noisy even with windows and shutters closed. Very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses Worn, thin towels. I suggest additional towels and linen if staying more than a few days. Nuno brought extra upon request but could have saved the trip if had been supplied. Cleaning materials such as broom & mop to tidy the place, particularly if staying longer than a couple days

Great location, safe neighbourhood, right next to LXFactory. The host was very helpful. Renovated flat, no noise even though the train tracks are right above it.

Nothing. May be one room close to tram so it may be little noisy. But that did not bother me for sleeping .

Nice bright, modern apartment. Good location, easy transport links.

There are some points that need to be looked at. Nothing major very minor, didn’t effect our stay.

- Host was very nice - Public Transport just a few meters away (almost all destinies) - LX Factory really next door - many rooms and also 2 bathrooms

- First door was difficult to open
