Lisbon Avenue Apart - Free Parking

The flat has parking space under the building, with elevator; this was very useful to us since we were travelling by car. The building is relatively new and the host was kind during check-in, and provided some tourist information. The flat was acceptably clean inside.

Although the flat is relatively new, its maintenance is insufficient. The nice, large terrace was not clean. We needed a washer for our clothes and it was not working when we arrived. The host tried to fix it himself and ended up breaking the knob to open the door. It remained broken until we left. Also, some cheap furniture needs repair or upgrade. The location is not very close to tourist attractions, but access to public transport was relatively close. Altogether, the relationship quality/price is poor. We had much higher expectations from the description and pictures in Booking.com
