Luminous Rooftop by the River Tagus by NestatLisbon

The apartment was spacious, clean and very inviting. As a family of 4 it was great to be able to spread out and having access to the outdoor space was nice. We loved being right by the river and being able to walk to all the trains and trams. There were also many amazing restaurants nearby which we took advantage of.

We were right on Pink Street, so on Saturday night, there was very loud partying until 5 am. The other nights were better, but there was partying downstairs every night.

Location was excellent - close to many restaurants and so easy to walk to trains, trams and city centre

I could not fault the property, the apartment it’s self is very spacious, their is aircon in each room and the shower was amazing. The location is awesome, lots of stuff going on nearby. The street is very busy at night, you are given ear plugs on arrival however they are not needed as the place has double glazed windows and we could not hear anything! The host Pedro was awesome, the friendliest host! He sent a very detailed email with a lot of bars, restaurants and different areas which was great help. I would stay here again if I was to visit Lisbon

I don’t have anything negative to say about the property

This apartment is near transport (main train station). It is an easy short walk to the Time Out market and the funicular. It has a lift which many don’t in old town. It is in the flat part of town and near nightlife, but when you want sleep double glazed windows remove the noise. Great apartments which has everything you need. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great communication and suggestions from property managers - very high standard. Nice welcome with some food gifts!

You can’t store luggage before or after as it is in a residential apartment complex so you have to use a luggage service, which while the cost isn’t huge ( it was around $40 euros for us), it is worth knowing. This is a lift apartment so you have to be careful of the low roofline in a couple of places.

This apartment has a wonderful location- so close to everything. we could walk to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, tourist attractions, shopping areas etc. Henrique, Pedro and Rita were perfect hosts and were excellent communicators. We received very helpful emails and were met as we arrived at the apartment and kindly shown how keys and appliances worked etc as well as given directions in the local area!! The apartment came with lovely gifts of wine, coffee pods and local snacks etc and was well stocked. we loved the apartment and had the best time in Lisbon- we’ll be back and all 4 of us voted to stay in this fabulous apartment again. Thank you Pedro, Henrique and Rita for our perfect stay in Lisbon.

Very nice place, good amenities, good location, host and support staff were great.

Need to be ok being on a street with a lot of late night activity. We were fine with it
