Nos alojamos en este apartamento en Llanes y, aunque la ubicación es buena, la experiencia no fue del todo positiva. Creemos que con una mejor gestión de la comunicación con los huéspedes, más atención a la limpieza y un mejor aislamiento, la experiencia podría mejorar considerablemente.

El apartamento lo gestiona un hotel y durante nuestra estancia entraron sin avisar mientras no estábamos, supuestamente para cambiar las sábanas. Esto nos pareció una falta de respeto a la privacidad y a la seguridad, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que había objetos de valor en el interior. Por otro lado, al llegar encontramos la limpieza bastante justa, lo que generó una primera mala impresión. Además, las ventanas no aíslan el ruido del exterior, lo que dificulta bastante el descanso.
